Located near Venice Beach, we restored and remodeled the charming 1950s Beach home, aiming to preserve its historical character while enhancing modern functionality.
We closed in the old porch to create a cozy space and transformed part of the garage into a stylish laundry room. Outside, new concrete slabs inlaid with sharks’ teeth and shells lead to a fenced porch with a beautiful pergola, perfect for enjoying coastal breezes.
Elegant French doors now connect the living room to a screened-in area beneath a modern raised addition that mirrors the home’s original style. We remodeled all the bathrooms, updating fixtures while retaining their charm, and added a breakfast nook featuring repurposed original painted tiles.
This project transformed this Beach home into a stylish retreat that blends historical beauty with modern amenities, ensuring it remains a cherished getaway for family and friends for years to come.
